Royalty HK Online operates solely as a technology platform (a "Venue" or "Marketplace") that connects Customers seeking household, property, and personal services with Independent Contractors ("Pros" or "Housekeepers") willing to perform those services. Royalty Housekeeping does not perform the services and does not employ the individuals performing the services.
While we provide the platform for a safe and convenient exchange of services, Royalty HK Online makes no guarantees regarding the availability of Pros (workers) for Customers or the availability of Tasks for Pros in any specific geographic area. Our role is limited to providing the digital infrastructure for users to connect at their own discretion.
You acknowledge and agree that all Pros operating on the platform are Independent Contractors (1099) and not employees, partners, agents, or joint venturers of Royalty HK Online. Pros are solely responsible for:
By utilizing this platform, both Customers and Pros acknowledge the inherent risks of interacting with unknown individuals and permitting them into private residences. Royalty HK Online shall not be held liable for any claims, demands, damages (actual or consequential), injuries, or losses of any kind arising out of or in any way connected with disputes between users, property damage, theft, incomplete work, or personal injury.
To promote safety, Royalty HK Online requires FCRA-compliant background checks and identity verification for Pros, and identity verification for Customers. However, we do not guarantee the absolute safety or character of any user. A cleared background check is a historical snapshot and does not guarantee future behavior. Users interact at their own risk.
Customer Responsibilities: Customers are strictly required to provide large, specialized, or heavy equipment necessary to complete requested tasks (e.g., vacuum cleaners, lawnmowers, irons, paint).
Safety Refusal: Pros reserve the right to refuse or immediately abandon any task they deem physically unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary beyond the scope of reasonable household cleaning, without penalty.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By scheduling services, Customers authorize Royalty HK Online to charge their payment method on file.
Referral rewards are capped at a maximum of 1,000 referrals per user. Royalty HK Online reserves the right to audit, suspend, or terminate any account, and revoke any accrued cash or service rewards, if we suspect fraudulent activity, self-referrals, bot usage, or manipulation of the referral system.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Royalty HK Online, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, and damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be determined by binding arbitration rather than in court. You and Royalty HK Online agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
By creating an account and using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are a legal resident or citizen of the United States. Royalty HK Online services are intended for use only within the United States. Users attempting to access or provide services from outside the U.S. may have their accounts suspended or terminated without notice.
